We've spent five weeks digging into mom guilt and shame, and I wanted to close this series out differently. Instead of more heavy heart work, I just want to encourage you. It's so easy, especially with social media, to feel like you should be somewhere else, further along, or making a different decision than the one you made.
But today I'm reminding you of four things I know are true about you, straight from your creator: you are divinely chosen, you're right where you're supposed to be, you're not doing this alone, and the joy of the Lord is your strength. Wherever your feet are, that's where God wants you. You're on assignment right now.

Often when we say the words "I feel like I'm not enough," there's usually something deeper going on underneath. Whether it's insecurity, comparison, or more often than not, some kind of shame that's taken root in our hearts. In today's episode, we're diving into a section straight out of my brand-new guide, Shame Off You, walking through the process of digging beneath the surface of "not enough" to find, and name, what's really going on. Because we can't heal what we won't name.
We walk through this process and more in depth in my new guide, Shame Off You: A Guilt-to-Grace Reset for Moms — 34 pages of prompts, scripture, and encouragement. It's $17 and live right now.

I remember dropping to my knees on the nursery floor, sobbing because I couldn't get my own baby to sleep, and thinking: maybe I'm just not cut out for this. This week we're naming the quiet lie almost every mom carries — that a good mom should just know — and the shame that grows when motherhood turns out to have a learning curve.
I get honest about that lowest postpartum moment, why a learning curve is not proof you're failing, and the truth that motherhood is learned and Holy Spirit partnered — He fills the gaps you can't. Plus a simple practice for when the lies creep in: name the lie, trace it to the root, trade it for truth, and tend it, over and over again.
This is the exact process I walk you through in my new guide, Shame Off You: A Guilt-to-Grace Reset for Moms — 34 pages of prompts, scripture, and encouragement. It's $17 and live right now.

Not all mom guilt is shame, and not all of it is bad. This week we’re breaking down the real difference between guilt, shame, and conviction: guilt says I did something wrong, shame says I am something wrong, and conviction is the Holy Spirit's nudge toward change.
We talk about what it looks like to make things right with your kids, why conviction always gives you a way out while shame just locks you in, and I get honest about my own struggle with phone time and doom scrolling and share a simple practice for naming a lie, tracing it, and replacing it with truth.

If your life looks different than you thought it would, this episode is for you.
Today I’m talking about unmet expectations, waiting seasons, and the quiet grief that can come when dreams feel delayed or stories take an unexpected turn. I want to remind you that God is not done with your story — He is still writing, even in the wilderness.
This is a gentle, hope-filled conversation about trusting God in the in-between, staying faithful in the waiting, and learning to see the new things He’s doing right now.

Have you ever opened Instagram for “just a minute” and walked away feeling worse about your life? Like suddenly your home, your motherhood, your body, or your routines don’t quite measure up?
In this episode, I’m talking about the comparison trap so many of us fall into — especially in motherhood — and how it quietly steals our joy without us even realizing it. Because comparison doesn’t just make us admire someone else’s life… it often makes us distrust our own.
If you’ve been feeling stuck in comparison, questioning yourself, or struggling to stay present in your own life, this episode will gently call you back to peace, purpose, and joy — right where you are.

What does it actually look like to feel alive again in motherhood?
In this episode, I’m talking about what a vibrant, full life really looks like — not in a perfect, put-together way, but in a real, everyday motherhood kind of way. If you’ve been feeling disconnected, stuck in survival mode, or like you’re just going through the motions, this conversation will help you take a deep breath and come back to what matters.
We’re walking through simple, life-giving rhythms that help you feel more like yourself again — from staying rooted in Jesus, to caring for your body, tending to your emotional health, and learning to notice joy in the small, ordinary moments of your day.
This is a gentle, grace-filled invitation to stop overcomplicating it and start living the full life Jesus offers you — right here, right now.
